Babies


Until babies begin eating solid foods, they typically get all the water they need from breast milk or infant formula. In the first six months of life,


it's usually not necessary to give extra water to breastfed or bottle-fed infants.



They can get all the hydration they need from breast milk or formula, even in hot weather.
